Late Delivery policy
Delivery delays are out of our control and so in the event of a delivery delay we are unable to compensate other than when the postage option chosen is for a specified timed next day delivery and then we will be able to reclaim and refund your delivery fee. We do however recommend that you order allowing 3 days for the items to arrive to avoid any problems.
You may choose to amend the delivery to a different option than the one specified when the order was placed with us. This can be arranged by contacting the courier company directly. However any delays of losses will be your responsibility after this point and you will need to deal with the courier to resolve the issue.
We can not compensate for any losses due to goods arriving late or lost and this is why we recommend that the goods are always ordered in good time to allow for any problems to be resolved.
