Late Delivery policy
Delivery delays are out of our control and so in the event of a delivery delay under 3 days we are unable to compensate other than when the postage option chosen is for a specified timed next day delivery and then we will be able to reclaim and refund your delivery fee in full. We do recommend that you order allowing 3 days for the items to arrive to avoid any problems as 3 days is the amount of time that our couriers require to carry out full searches for goods which have not arrived. If you do request us to send out more goods before this time they will be charged for and a refund will be applied once the 3 day period is over.
You may choose to amend the delivery to a different option than the one specified when the order was placed with us. This can be arranged by contacting the courier company directly. Please ensure that if you arrange a collection from a collection point that you collect the item in good time otherwise it may be returned to us. Any delays or losses resulting from you arranging the goods to be left in a safe place you will need to deal with the courier to resolve the issue.
We can not compensate for any losses due to clients being booked in at short notice where goods are delayed and this is why we recommend that the goods are always ordered in good time to allow for any problems to be resolved.
