Angelslocks Returns & Refunds Policy
Our returns policy applies only to any unopened hair extensions which are returned with in 28 days of purchase and accompanied by the original invoice. We offer exchange or refund and a re stocking fee amounting to £5 is chargeable on all refunds processed. Exchanges for the same amount and over the original cost are free of charge.
For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept items which have been removed from the bands or attachments that they arrive in and so please ensure that none of the goods have been tampered with in any way as we can not refund for cross contamination reasons.
All return postage is the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that you receive proof of postage for all items as we do not accept responsibility for goods which are lost in transit which you have sent.
All exchanges and credits are completed once received and a credit note will be automatically allocated onto your account so that you can either use this on your next order or you can have this refunded back onto the card that you paid with
If you would like the amount refunded onto your card please check your tracking to make sure that the return has been received first then call us on 01795 661374 with the card details that you used to make the original purchase. Due to GDPR regulations we are not permitted to keep card information on file. Refunded amounts should show back into your account in 3-5 working days.
