Angelslocks exchange/refund guarantee
Our exchange or refund guarantee returns applies to any unopened hair extensions which are returned with in 28 days of purchase and accompanied by the original invoice. We offer exchange or refund and a re stocking fee amounting to £5 is chargeable on all refunds processed. Exchanges for the same amount and over the original cost are free of charge.
For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept items which have been removed from the bands or attachments that they arrive in and so please ensure that none of the goods have been tampered with in any way as we can not refund for cross contamination reasons.
A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE RETURNED GOODS.
All return postage is the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that you receive proof of postage for all items as we do not accept responsibility for goods which are lost in transit which you have sent.
All exchanges and credits are completed once received and a credit note will be automatically allocated onto your account once the goods are received.
If you would like to exchange the goods please call us on 01795 661374 once you see that the goods have been delivered and signed for. If you require a refund please put a note in with the goods to let us know. Refunded amounts should show back into your account in 3 working days.
